Refund Policy

All purchases on Rich Pixel are final. Because Rich Pixel provides digital pixel display rights, refunds are generally not available once a purchase is completed.

1. No Refunds After Purchase

Purchased pixels cannot be deleted, released, transferred, or voluntarily removed by the purchasing user. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, drawing mistakes, unused pixels, or dissatisfaction with the final design.

2. Color Modification

The purchasing user may modify the colors of their purchased pixels, subject to our Terms of Service and content policies. Color modification does not create a right to request a refund.

3. Prohibited Content Removal

If content is removed, restricted, or disabled due to violation of our Terms of Service, applicable law, platform rules, or internal policies, no refund will be provided.

4. Duplicate Billing or Technical Error

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate billing, incorrect charges caused by technical error, or where required by applicable law.
